Our company specializes in finding homes to purchase for rental purposes, and we are looking for a dedicated Real Estate Sales Representative to join our team. If you have experience in sales and are interested in the real estate industry, this is a fantastic opportunity for growth and earning potential.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience (Real estate experience is a plus)
• Native-level English proficiency (Must be able to read and speak English fluently)
• Good internet connection
• USB headset with noise canceling
• Laptop or desktop computer
• Quiet, dedicated workspace

Compensation:

• Base Pay: $5 USD per hour
• Commission: 2% commission on sales
• Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses
• Profit Sharing: Opportunities for company profit sharing for long-term employees

Preferred Experience:

• Real estate sales or cold calling experience is a plus, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a solid sales background.
