Job Summary 

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast-growing SaaS company. As an SDR, you will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating new B2B sales opportunities. Your role is crucial in the sales pipeline, as you will be the first point of contact with potential clients, engaging them and setting the stage for successful deals.

Job Description 

  • Outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels to generate qualified leads.
  • Inbound lead qualification – responding to inquiries and evaluating potential customers.
  • Identify key decision-makers and business pain points to tailor outreach effectively.
  • Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and educate them on our solution.
  • Schedule meetings or demos to move leads through the sales funnel.
  • Maintain and update CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) with accurate prospect data and interactions.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs related to lead generation, call volume, and booked meetings.
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients

  • BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
  • 2+ years of experience in a B2B sales, lead generation, or customer-facing role (SaaS experience preferred).
  • Strong communication skills – ability to engage and persuade prospects over the phone, email, and LinkedIn. 
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and sales engagement platforms.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • Familiarity with outbound prospecting tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo).
