Company Overview:

We are a top-tier B2B Lead Generation Agency in Europe. We’re expanding our team and looking for motivated Sales Development Representatives to contribute to our growth. As a Sales Development Representatives, you will play a critical role in generating qualified leads and setting up sales meetings through targeted outreach, primarily within the enterprise SaaS market.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 120-200 daily cold calls using an efficient dialer system.
  • Identify and qualify leads among enterprise SaaS decision-makers (C-suite, IT, Procurement).
  • Engage leads via multiple channels: phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Set up qualified meetings to drive revenue goals in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Track activities in CRM and continuously improve outreach strategies based on performance.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in high-volume sales environments with strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Driven, resilient, and financially motivated with a “hunter” mentality.
  • Comfortable with remote work and thrives in a performance-driven setting.

Compensation:

  • Payment in USD
  • Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions
  • Monthly Bonuses: KPIs include calls made, meetings booked, and deals closed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£25,000.00 - E£35,000.00 per month
