About The Role

We're seeking a passionate and analytical product manager to join our Customer Experience squad at Yassir. This role is ideal for someone with at least one year of experience in product management, business analysis, or scrum mastery, with a proven track record in a product-led environment.

Responsibilities:

Become the Product Champion: Collaborate closely with the squad to identify business needs and translate them into innovative solutions that drive user acquisition and growth.

Master of Ceremonies: Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies, keeping the team focused and energized.

Discovery Detective: Spearhead discovery phases of new projects, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs and market opportunities for a product-led strategy.

From Concept to Completion: Own features end-to-end, guiding them from initial ideation through development and launch, with a focus on user adoption and engagement.

Communication Cornerstone: Maintain clear and concise communication across all stakeholders, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.

You'll thrive if you have:

Proven experience (2+ years) as a Product Manager, Product Owner or Business Analyst with a focus on product-led startups.

A knack for identifying business needs and translating them into actionable solutions that drive user growth.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.

A solid understanding of the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, with a focus on user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design principles.

A passion for agile methodologies and a desire to continuously improve processes.

Familiarity with project management tools like Jira is a plus.
