Integrant is seeking a Python Lead Developer to join their exceptional team. As a crucial member of this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to take charge of the following responsibilities:

• Coordinating with development teams to determine application requirements.
• Writing scalable code using Python programming language.
• Testing and debugging applications.
• Developing back-end components.
• Integrating user-facing elements using server-side logic.
• Assessing and prioritizing client feature requests.
• Integrating team output into the project solution and packages
• Coaching and guiding technical team for best practices, standards, & appropriate design patterns.
• Participate in the analysis of new functional requirement and systems.
• Building solution architecture in collaboration with the team.

Requirements

• At least 8+ years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or related field.
• 4-5 years of experience as a Python developer & R
• Expert knowledge of Python and related frameworks including Django and Flask.
• A deep understanding and multi-process architecture and the threading limitations of Python
• Good knowledge in Pandas, NumPy, SciPy, Gensim
• Excellent understanding of OOP, n-tier architecture and design patterns.
• Good Knowledge in HTML/CSS/JavaScript Familiarity with React & Angular
• Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud development is a plus.
• Experience with consuming REST APIs/JSON
• Knowledge in queues, multi-threading, parallelization, and distributed caching servers is a plus.
• Very good analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Good work ethics, Team player, positive and self-motivated.
• Strong Communication & Interpersonal skills.
• Excellent command of English language is a plus.
• Previous experience working with U.S clients is a plus.
• Flexibility to travel when needed (mainly to U.S & Jordan and could be other destinations if required).
