Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruiting/Human Resources Manager to lead our talent acquisition efforts for our Real Estate Investment company. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Sales Recruiting, HR, and Talent Management, ensuring we attract top-tier candidates across various levels of the organization. This position is fully remote!
Duties
- Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including social media platforms, to identify potential candidates.
- Negotiate offers and manage the offer process to ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and make data-driven improvements.
- Maintain HR records and reports, and utilize HR metrics to inform decision-making.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and ensure employee engagement.
Skills
- At least 1 year of experience in hiring or recruiting (recruiting for sales positions is a big plus).
- Strong talent management skills with a focus on building diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must have great internet, computer and phone setup.
- Must be able to work U.S. hours, Monday - Friday (Eastern time zone).
- Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively with candidates at all levels.
What We Offer
- Starting salary of $1,200 USD per month plus bonuses for each employee that remains with the team after 90 days.
