- Management of Russian QC engineer’s overall inspection activity

 - Conduct QC Inspection of installation work(including welding) of #1~4 and common facility

 - Coordinate with ASE/AEP inspector regarding welding inspection

 - Analysis of Reject/Cancel inspection of welding and preparation of prevention plan

 - Participate ASE meeting for QC(welding) inspection

 - Confirm the purchase specification of Mechanical/Piping Equipment

 - Conduct factory manufacturing inspection of Mechanical/Piping Equipment

 - Coordinate with ASE regarding manufacturing inspection

 - Preparation and reporting of manufacturing inspection result

 - Issuance of NCR and follow-up actions for manufacturing inspection

 - Review ASE PMM requirements and revise internal procedures regarding manufacturing 

 inspection

 - Conduct Material/Equipment incoming inspection

 - Preparation and submission daily/weekly/monthly inspection schedules

 - Coordinate with ASE regarding incoming inspection

 - Summarize weekly/monthly status of inspection result and Rejected/Canceled inspection

 (incoming/acceptance)

 - Preparation and submission of documents for Audit and Inspection of NPPA/ASE/ENARR

 - Coordinate with NPPA/ASE/ENARR for Audit and Inspection

 - Issue a NCR regarding Audit and Inspection, Follow-up corrective action

 - The Employer may instruct the Employee to work on other related position/trade to the 

 above stated job position if required and the Employee should follow the Employer’s 

 such instruction.

□ Requirements :

 - Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Management or  a Science and Engineering

 - High Proficiency in Reading, Written and Spoken English

 - Minimum of 3 Years of experience in the Quality Control or Welding field

 - Proficient in MS programs and internet

 - Russia nationality holder

 - Age from 25 to 45 years

□ Work Place : EL DABAA CONSTRUCTION SITE, Matroh, Egypt
