Job Purpose:
The sales Opener is responsible for generating, qualifying leads and converting cold leads into opportunities by scheduling demo meetings with the senior sales team and the product specialist. This is done by different methods including but not limited to online research, cold calling/Emailing, and networking.
Job Responsibility:
- Converting cold leads into opportunities with a target percentage set by the sales manager
- Contact the minimum number of leads per day-week-month set by the sales manager
- Achieve the minimum average talk-time target set by the sales manager
- Follow quality guidelines to achieve average quality score set by the Quality team.
- Work to maintain the average prequalifying time below the target set by Sales Manager.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Undergraduate (Dropout only) with results.
- C1+ in English language
- Min of 6 months of working experience in cold calling for English-speaking markets
- Good computer skills: Windows and MS Office programs
- Excellent online researching skill.
- Time Management: prioritizing efforts according to department goals
- Continuous instructional improvement: Supports instructional improvement by observing, coaching and modeling
- Focus on results: Regularly compares actual progress to planned milestones and adjusts plans accordingly
- Accountability: holding him or herself and others accountable for achieving intended outcomes.
