  • Receive, review, and analyze monthly management reports from a regional group of companies.
  • Extract and input financial data into standardized FP&A department templates and forms.
  • Convert financial data from various local currencies into USD, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Conduct detailed financial analyses, including the calculation of key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and ratios for each business unit.
  • Compile and prepare a consolidated monthly financial report for the Group, featuring comprehensive charts, trends, and ratio analysis.
  • Proactively raise and communicate queries regarding financial report discrepancies or unusual variances to the respective finance departments, seeking timely clarifications.
  • Identify and escalate key points of concern to the Financial Controllers and/or Internal Auditors of each company.
  • Draft a monthly analytical report summarizing key observations, risks, and noteworthy financial trends for each entity, submitting findings to the Head of FP&A for further review and discussion.
  • Support the Group Head of FP&A in the development and compilation of the Monthly and Quarterly Executive Binders for the Group CFO.
  • Obtain, review, and assess End-of-Year audited financial statements for each company; discuss significant audit findings and concerns directly with the finance teams.
  • Coordinate the collection of post-audit management reports and contribute to the preparation of the final Post-Audit Executive Binders.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial presentations and briefing materials for quarterly and annual Board of Directors (BOD) meetings.
  • Develop and compile the Annual Budget report for all entities within the assigned regions, collaborating closely with local finance teams and business units.
  • Provide support on various ad-hoc financial analysis, management reports, feasibility studies, and special projects as required by FP&A leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Financial Accounting from (AUC, BUE, or GUC).
  • Minimum of 4–8 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or within an industry setting, preferably FMCG, corrugation or other manufacturing industry.
  • Strong quantitative, financial analysis, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including extensive use of Power Query, Macros, PivotTables, and advanced formulas (essential).
  • Proficiency in Power BI is very highly desirable.
  • Solid financial modelling skills, with hands-on experience building and maintaining dynamic financial models.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to independently identify and address challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and implement best practices.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information clearly and persuasively for diverse audiences
  • Comfortable working in environments with ambiguity; able to operate independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
  • High standards of written and verbal communication skills, being comfortable interacting with executive-level management.
  • Proven experience presenting financial data and insights to senior management and executive leadership.
  • Ability to synthesize complex information clearly and persuasively for diverse audiences
  • Experience working with and presenting to senior executives.
