Position Title: Software QA Specialist (Arabic Speaker Preferred)

Location: Egypt, Jordan- Remote position

Desired Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 4 to 7 years of experience in software quality assurance or a related field.

Contract: 12 months extendable Salary will be paid in USD with zero tax deductions

Job Responsibilities:- We are seeking a QA Specialist to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will not only possess strong leadership and technical skills but also be fluent in Arabic to facilitate communication within our diverse team and with clients in Arabic-speaking regions.

- Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.

- Create and implement comprehensive test plans that meet project requirements.

- Create and maintain automated test scripts to improve testing efficiency and coverage. Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks as appropriate.

- Proficiency in test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).

- Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit) and scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.- Automate test cases and create infrastructure-based clusters and automation tools to streamline testing processes.

- 4 - 7 years of hands-on experience with In-depth understanding of Selenium, Cyprus, Java, Python, SQL, C++ and XML
