Telesales Agent

  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
  • Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
  • Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
  • Experience in cold calling or in sales for 6 months is preferred.
  • English level must be C1-B2.
  • Flexible with the working hours and location.
    Job Details:
  • Shift Hours: 3:30 PM to 12:30 AM
  • Days Off: Fixed days off on Saturday and Sunday
  • Salary & Benefits:
    • Net Salary: $387 + $30 KPIs
    • Unlimited commission (paid in USD)
    • Medical & Social Insurance after 3-month probation period
    • Employment Contract after 3-month probation period
    • Fully Paid Training for 3 weeks (paid in USD)
